Richard is a founding director who specialises in new development scheme design and mobilisation. Richard is also an avid traveller and sports fan.
Richard founded and ran for over 17 years the highly regarded and successful Harrods Estates Asset Management & PL Management businesses for the Harrods group. growing  to manage c4,000 apartments in prime central London. 

The business had an excellent reputation for the quality of the staff employed on the developments and the high levels of service they delivered.

When the opportunity presented itself Richard took little persuading to begin creating another top management business.
